Regroup partners with many primary care clinics, including a rapidly-growing network of risk-bearing primary care clinics across the Midwest. Our partner is focused on caring for the Medicaid Advantage population - a group of patients that are highly in need of psychiatry and full spectrum mental health services. Our partner takes an innovative and patient-centered approach to care, and partners with Regroup for high-quality, efficient and collaborative care for their most at-risk patients.
There is a shortage of psychiatrists across the Midwest, in both rural and urban counties. Finding psychiatrists with experience with complex geriatric populations with comorbid health issues and challenges related poverty is difficult. Providing cost effective and high quality psychiatric and therapeutic care across multiple sites is a challenge that many large organizations face that Regroup can partner to solve.
We integrated a team of psychiatrists and social workers into the existing primary care workflows. This ensured immediate access to mental health appointments or immediate consultation between the primary care and Regroup teams to provide a high level of team coordination of care and quality.
- Reduced inpatient admissions and ED visits - Increased adherence to MH treatment - Seamless coordinated patient experience - Improved efficiency for management of complex patients
